Valentine's Day: easy romantic dinner for two !

Preparation: 


Recipe for 2 peoples


Marinade:

1 nice slice of the lower rib

1 tbsp Mei Asia Bio sesame oil sauce

2 tsp Mei Asia Bio soy sauce

2 cloves garlic

1 branch of lemongrass

1 sprig of arugula


The sauce :

2 tsp tamarind pulp

1/5 tsp nuoc mam sauce

1 green lemon

2 shallots

2 spring onions


  1. Chop the arugula and lemongrass and crush the garlic cloves.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and brush over the meat. Film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Then prepare the sauce:
  • Boil 5cl of water and pour it over the tamarind pulp.
  • Leave to soak for about 15 minutes and crumble this pulp.
  • Filter to keep only the juice.
  • Add the lime juice and the nuoc mam sauce.
  • Finely chop the shallots and spring onions and serve with the sauce.


4. Heat a grill, and sear the lower rib over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.

5. Using a good knife, cut the piece of meat into thin strips.


Serve with the sauce! To accompany this dish, you can serve a bowl of sticky rice and strips of steamed vegetables.
