Preparation:
Recipe for 2 peoples
Marinade:
1 nice slice of the lower rib
1 tbsp Mei Asia Bio sesame oil sauce
2 tsp Mei Asia Bio soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 branch of lemongrass
1 sprig of arugula
The sauce :
2 tsp tamarind pulp
1/5 tsp nuoc mam sauce
1 green lemon
2 shallots
2 spring onions
4. Heat a grill, and sear the lower rib over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
5. Using a good knife, cut the piece of meat into thin strips.
Serve with the sauce! To accompany this dish, you can serve a bowl of sticky rice and strips of steamed vegetables.
