Chicken Pad Thai

Preparation : 


Recipe for 4 peoples :

  • 250g of Mei Asia Organic Pad Thai Noodles 
  • 2 tablespoons of oil 
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed 
  • 2 tbsp of chopped red chillies 
  • 150g of minced chicken
  • 100g chopped shrimp meat 
  • 1 bunch of chopped Chinese onion 
  • 2 tbsp sauce pad Thai Mei Asia Organic
  • 2 tbsp lime juice 
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar 
  • 2 eggs, beaten 
  • 1 cup of bean sprouts 
  • 1 sprig of fresh coriander 
  • ¼ cup of crushed roasted peanuts 



  1. Prepare the Pad Thai noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In a wok, heat the oil and fry the garlic, chilies and chicken, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. 
  3. Add the shrimp meat and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add spring onion and noodles, cover and cook for 1 more minute. 
  4. Add the sauce pad Thai , lime juice, sugar and eggs and mix well.
  5. Finally, sprinkle with coriander bean sprouts and peanuts.
