Bulgogi ( Korean marinated beef )

Preparation: 


Recipe for 2 peoples:

  • 12 thin slices of beef carpaccio
  • 1 handful of grated carrots
  • 1 stalk of green onion, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion


Marinade

  • 2 tbsp Mei Asia Bio soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mei Asia Bio sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Mei Asia Bio rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp pressed garlic
  • 2 tbsp raw white leek, very finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp golden sesame seeds


  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients.
  2. Mix meat, carrots, onion and green onion with the marinade.
  3. Leave to cool for at least 1 hour.
  4. Pour everything into a very hot sauté pan (or griddle). No need to add oil. Cook 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice, salad, raw vegetables, etc. Add herbs and sesame seeds to decorate... it's ready!
