Chicken with red curry
Preparation :
Recipe for 2 peoples :
250g of Mei Asia Organic Pad Thai Noodles
2 tablespoons of oil
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp of chopped red chillies
150g of minced chicken
100g chopped shrimp meat
1 bunch of chopped Chinese onion
- Chop the onion, green onions, garlic and mix.
- Heat the oil in a wok and add the curry paste.
- Brown the garlic, onion, green onions, minced chicken, salt and mix.
- Add the coconut milk, sugar and coriander gradually.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat, stirring, until the meat is cooked.
- To finish, sprinkle with cashews and basil.
- Serve with rice.
