Chicken with red curry

Preparation : 


Recipe for 2 peoples :

250g of Mei Asia Organic Pad Thai Noodles 

2 tablespoons of oil 

3 cloves of garlic, crushed 

2 tbsp of chopped red chillies 

150g of minced chicken

100g chopped shrimp meat 

1 bunch of chopped Chinese onion


  1. Chop the onion, green onions, garlic and mix.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and add the curry paste.
  3. Brown the garlic, onion, green onions, minced chicken, salt and mix.
  4. Add the coconut milk, sugar and coriander gradually.
  5. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat, stirring, until the meat is cooked.
  6. To finish, sprinkle with cashews and basil.
  7. Serve with rice.
