Pan-fried Chinese Noodles With Soy Sauce

Preparation : 


Recipe for 2 people:

  • 200 g Mei Asia Bio nest noodles
  • 3 tbsp Mei Asia Bio sweet soy sauce
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Faites chauffer l'eau pour cuire les nouilles et l'oeuf.
  2. After boiling, add the noodles and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on average, depending on the thickness of the noodles.
  3. Butter a pan or wok to caramelize the food. Brown the onion, to flavor the carrot and pepper.
  4. Dice the bell pepper and add it to the pan.
  5. Add the noodles and sauté them. Pour the sweet soy sauce. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Cut the egg in half. Put the fried noodles and half an egg on a plate.
