Chilli and onion flavored edamame

Preparation:


Recipe for 2 peoples :

  • 1 tablespoon of active dry yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 250g frozen edamame
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
  • Sweet soy sauce Mei Asia Bio


  1. Grind the active dry yeast flakes into a powder and mix with onion powder, paprika powder, and salt.
  2. Cook the frozen edamame for 2-3 minutes, then drain and immediately toss with the seasoning mixture.
  3. Allow it to rest for a few minutes and serve; the steam from the edamame will enhance the fragrance of the onion.
  4. Serve with sweet soy sauce.
