Chicken wings marinated in Sriracha sauce

Preparation:


Recipe for 4 peoples :

3 tablespoons of Sriracha Mei Asia Organic pigment sauce

16 chicken wings

3 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of oil

Salt and pepper


  1. In a freezer bag or shallow dish, mix together the lemon juice, oil, and Sriracha Mei Asia Organic pigment sauce. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade. If using a freezer bag, seal the bag and shake it well, pressing lightly to help the marinade penetrate the meat. If using a shallow dish, mix with a spoon or by hand, making sure all pieces are coated with the sauce. Cover the dish with plastic wrap.
  3. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat your oven to 200°C, spread the chicken pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Serve as an appetizer or main dish accompanied by french fries.
