Chicken Stir-Fry With Peanuts

Preparation:


Recipe for 4 peoples :

  • 4 chicken breasts (600 to 800g of meat)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 large bunch of chives
  • 60g roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted, it won't make much difference!)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp Mei Asia Bio chicken chili sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp water


  1. Peel and chop the pepper and onions into large pieces. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sugar, oyster sauce, water, and Mei Asia Bio chili sauce.
  3. Pour oil into a wok (or a large pan) over high heat, and let the onions and peppers cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Then add the chicken pieces. Mix well, still over high heat.
  5. When the chicken is browned on all sides, add the sauce. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the chives and peanuts.
  7. Mix well and let the sauce thicken a little. Serve immediately with plain rice.
