Start by cutting the broccoli into florets and blanching them in a pot of boiling water. Then, cut the bell pepper into small pieces and cook with the broccoli in the same pot of boiling salted water for five minutes.
Next, slice the pork into thin strips and stir-fry them in a pan over high heat for a few minutes. Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices, then sauté in a separate pan until golden brown.
For the noodles, use another pot of salted boiling water. Once the water is boiling, add the noodles and immediately remove the pot from the heat. Let the noodles cook for 4 minutes, then loosen them with a fork.
Finally, add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to a pan and stir-fry the noodles, pork, broccoli, bell pepper, sliced onion, sesame seeds, and soy sauce for a few moments. Serve hot.
