Vegetarian Fried Rice

Preparation:


Recipe for 2 peoples :

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 200g of rice jasmine Mei Asia Bio
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 tablespoons of peas


  1. Cook the rice and rinse it with cold water.
  2. Cut the carrot into cubes, finely chop the onions. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the onion with the peas (for 3 minutes). Pour the mixture into a dish.
  3. Make an omelette and cut it into strips.
  4. Add the rice, peas, onions, and omelette. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat for 3 minutes while stirring constantly. Serve hot.
