Cut the carrot into cubes, finely chop the onions. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the onion with the peas (for 3 minutes). Pour the mixture into a dish.
Make an omelette and cut it into strips.
Add the rice, peas, onions, and omelette. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat for 3 minutes while stirring constantly. Serve hot.
