Soak the dried black mushrooms in a large amount of water for 10 minutes to allow them to swell. Finely chop the drained and rinsed mushrooms with a knife.
Thinly slice the onion.
Add the teaspoon of sesame oil and the tablespoon of neutral cooking oil to the wok.
Add the finely sliced onion and cook over high heat, stirring constantly for one minute.
Pour the oyster sauce into the vegetable mixture and mix. Then add the teaspoon of garlic powder and stir the mixture. Stir the mixture regularly for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately with plain rice.
