Ingredients: Noodles 94%: water, wheat flour humectant: glycerin, modified tapioca starch, salt, acidity regulators: lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate.
Seasoning 5%: Salt, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, disodium ribonucleotide, glycine and its sodium salt, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate;
sugar, glucose, clam extract, squid powder, soy sauce powder (water, soy, wheat, salt), red pepper powder, mussel extract, acidity regulators: sodium and potassium carbonates, shrimp in
garlic and onion powder, anchovy extract, black pepper powder, coloring: ammonium sulphite caramel, dextrin, yeast extract, protease.
Flakes 1%: dehydrated squid, dehydrated carrot, green onion, dehydrated, dehydrated seaweed.
