Udon Shoyu Flavor is a Japanese noodle dish featuring thick udon noodles bathed in a savory soy sauce-based broth. This comforting dish often includes ingredients like green onions, seaweed, and tempura, offering a flavorful umami experience with every bite.


Ingredients: Noodles 86% = water, wheat flour, humectant: glycerin, modified tapioca starch, salt, acidity regulators: lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate.

Seasoning 12%: water, soy sauce (soy, defatted soy, wheat), corn syrup, sugar, salt, fish extracts (tuna, anchovy, bonito), flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, disodium ribonucleotide: kelp extract

, glucose, acidity correctors: potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate and pyrophosphate;

yeast extract, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins (soy, wheat), dehydrated fish, dextrin, alcohol, fructose syrup, color: ammoniacal caramel, thickener: xanthan gum, guar gum;
