Ingredients: Noodles 94%: water, wheat flour humectant: glycerin, modified tapioca starch, salt, acidity regulators: lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate.

Seasoning 5%: flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, disodium ribonucleotide, salt soy sauce powder (water, soy, wheat, salt), dextrin, sugar, red pepper powder, fish extract powder (anchovies, bonito, salt), glucose, corn starch, acidity regulators: tricalcium phosphate, sodium carbonates and pyrophosphate, potassium carbonates;

yeast extract, color: ammonium sulphite caramel, paprika extract;

onion and garlic powder, black pepper powder, acidifiers: citric acid, malic acid;

soybean oil, garlic essential oil.

Flakes 1%: dehydrated kimchi flakes 0.5% (red pepper cabbage, salt, garlic, ginger), dehydrated green onion, dehydrated carrot.
